Pickwick nativity Play

Our Christmas Nativity Play

I feel so Blessed to have had this Experience with these girls.

There is nothing more beautiful than the Christmas Story, and to have the story told bu the tender love and innocence of children is exceptional.

At our Dec. Pickwick Society meeting, we decided to draw parts from a hat. It was fun for the girls to each take a turn drawing a name as they were assigned to a part.

Naturally, the bulk of Our nativity

play was taken from the Book of Luke.

We inter weaved

Christmas carols such as:

"O Little Town of Bethlehem"

"Angels we have heard on High"

"The First Noel"

"Away in a manger"

"We Three kings"

and "Silent Night"

It was a gorgeous night. The weather

was perfect.

And

we were blessed to have use of an

outdoor porch, which made the perfect

stage.

But the most perfect thing of all was seeing

these children exude such joy and love

in the telling of this beautiful story.

Angels we have Heard
On High
"I Bring tidings Of Great Joy"
The Narrators tell the story
The shepherds find The Babe Wrapped in Swaddling Clothes, and lying in a manger.
The Presentation of the Gifts
The Discovery of our Savior by the Shepherds
" Mary Kept all these things and pondered them in Her heart"
May we too ponder the Miracle Of Christmas. And may the birth of our Savior bring you everlasting Joy and Peace all year through!!!
